Combine that ith beng tied with Alabama for the most Accurate US battleship, The Black Dragon is a fine nickname to a ship and commander that can send even a ful health battleship to the bottom if all her shots hit their mark. For Insperations, scharnhorst for a further decrease in dispertion. And even though it isn't a lot in each Category, I use AL queen elizabeth for a little bit more AP damage, accuracy, and to bring her reload back down to nearly 30 seconds.
