DescriptionI find myself being overly aggressive with Midway's planes and deplaning myself extremely early in the match.. This build might help me in setting up my teammates by using 4x4 torp runs to cut off a potential DD/CL/CA charge.. torps from planes that can travel over 8km are always welcomed when wanting to save planes from enemy AA **By using a non-CV commander, you are limiting the effectiveness of one group of planes who normally recieve the +15HP in the 3rd Skill line**
