Description4 heals with will to rebuild and -25% citadel damage helps keep Atago in the game much longer. The +6% damage while the fighter is up increases fire, flooding, torpedo as well as shell damage for almost two minutes.. Then you have a +15% shell damage on top of that. With this build, Atago is a real problem for the enemy in every map or situation no matter the tier.
