DescriptionPure Torpedo spam build, quick reload with the fastest torp speed in its tier. Going 74kts, that's almost Yudachi screamer speed. Atago is a must, detectability is further diminished reducing the reaction time from these high speed torpedoes. Bey as another inspiration will allow you to get as close as possible to unleash the dev strike and breakneck speed gives you the additional edge in knife fights with other DDs or to just simply get out of detection. With breakneck speed, you get up to 4 speed boosts. As soon as you see a DD, i shoot torps if it's ready and boost staying in a straight line to entice them to torp you as well. You'll almost always speed past any torps that way, and if you're skillful enough, take them out in the process. I carry this build on virtually all IJN DDs (except Akizuki).
