DescriptionI Like commanders that buff numerous things. This is why I really like Charles Madden, Deng Shichang and Tyrwhitt because they are the only base commanders (off the top of my head) that do so and don't have any commanders but the base ones (except Deng cause I hardly ever play DDs). This is also why I crave another chance to get Augustin Riegerwald and Ivan B.D. Lightful.
