Description(If you don't have AL Baltimore use Norman Scott) I like this build because I can defend the carrier on my team and still have good range. If there isn't a carrier or you just don't want to defend it, you can still defend against air attacks and use your range to your advantage. If you want to go full AA you can but on the AA skill in the first slot. You can also use fully packed if you want extra consumables.
