DescriptionThis build utilities the speed of the Leningrad combined with the gunboat setup to destroy other destroyers. This build lacks concealment but makes up for in in fire power. At tier 6-7 concealment is less important due to sonars and carriers. This build helps make up for the lack of turret mobility by focusing skills on turret traverse speed. This build is meant for capturing points and outgunning most destroyer while also having viable torpedoes, (unlike the Kidd). Cons of this build is bad turning circle and below average concealment. Consumables are middle of the pack but it has a long smoke duration,( unlike the French destroyers). This destroyer also has the capability of hitting citadels on broadside. And remember, No Russian
