DescriptionA survivability build for playing with friends in divisions, making use of the active effect from By the Book and AL Hipper's unique skill, Vice Defence, for a massive reduction in damage when near allies. Acoustic Chamber and Fixated are interchangeable depending on if you want to play a more supportive or offensive role. The build should work just as good on Prinz Eugen, and Graf Spee might get some use out of it as well.
