DescriptionBasically a Meme build to make things interesting for CV players and give them an interesting idea to play with.. Essentially, this build will have you attacking enemy ships with torps while enjoying the extra 16knts to your overall torpedo speed to ensure more hits.. Your torp range is drastically reduced, but the increased speed should outweigh the negative.. Using this build compared to a CV commander, will result in your one group of planes not having the extra 15% HP(likely the Torp planes)
