DescriptionI like this build the best for La Gal, De Grasse, Algerie and Charles Martel. Fast and maneuverable, kiting prowess, very hard to hit, especially at range. I find if i can survive long enough the damage over time often results in confederate and high caliber and the speed combines with the speed boost gives in excess of 43 knots, no destroyer can outrun or out maneuver you.
