DescriptionGreat for becoming stronger druing battle, and losing HP gives you less reload time and also more protection. You can just brawl in the field, and the rest is in your hands: torpedoes, guns with SAP, and just do tons of damage. This build is for those that like brawling(the 2 German BB line, Italian BB and Soviet BB) and want to survive the entire battle, dealing consistent damage.
