DescriptionThe purpose of this build is to get close to maximum rudder shift and top concealment. So that you can effectively kite enemies while being able to be closer and not be spotted. With this build your reload will be 22 seconds, lemmonier as an inspiration is important for concealment time after firing and kuznetsov is important for range increase of main battery since the build has none of that elsewhere
