DescriptionLight up enemies as soon as they got spotted by teammates, keep shelling on enemies fleeing away, and kite away upon focused by any BB or multiple enemies. Keep your speed when shooting behind covers in order to dodge shells from unexpected directions. Short range engagement is only recommended for DD or CL one at a time, or for BB emerging behind an island that can be torped without being detected. Choose speed for the 3rd command skill for easier kiting and better support to teammates. Only Japanese commanders are used in this build because I did not train commanders from other nations. There could be better choices when available.
