DescriptionEven with a full accuracy build, this ship is incredibly inaccurate so this build plays to its strengths by a) maintaining the good speed/ rudder shift/ turret traverse to allow you to kite ( which works well in myogi due to turret configuration) b) buffing secondaries for close in defence (the lack of accuracy makes myogi a poor long range sniper) and c) boosting the lacklustre AA . Kondo' s base trait can help you to close in without being detected too
