DescriptionI just came up with this build after I failed horribly in Émile Guépratte but i wanted that 18 second reload so i came up with this thing With Robert at legendary 1 and level 12 you get penetration and with skills you get range reload damage and detectability, With Madden and Di Revel you get Aim n' Fire and Time is of the essence which Maddens increases treverse speed and reload time and Revel Increases the latter This is tagged DPM when it could also be possably tagged as sniper(semiauto of course) You can switch skill Gyrating Drillbits if you want to maintain speed but i want that extra damage so yeah.
