DescriptionWith Hipper and Haruna as Inspirations, I have attempted to replicate the German Meme build with the AD. So far the results have been insane with roughly 6km Secondaries with +4.25% shell grouping with my current Hipper mastery and-11.25% secondary dispersion with my current Haruna mastery. Combined with Enhanced Secondary Targeting, they can wipe out DD's and most Cruisers on their own. Its one of the most fun secondary builds I've played, probobly the top 3 best builds you'll get at T5. Someone better at math will know better than I do
