DescriptionCurrently, have Chihaya at R15L2 and it carries a 77.7-second torp reload with 19,230 max damage at 8.4 km at a screaming 80 kt. I wanted AL Atago in lieu of Gleaves for stealthier torps but that little extra range helps maintain distance from radar cruisers. I scored 3751 base XP with 155k damage with this build the other day.
