DescriptionThis build focuses on stealth and torpedoes which is a rarity in the American cruises went with the stock power of the guns which are pretty good chose inspirations so I can have range and more stealth but other inspirations work just as well if you want to build into the guns more but the base traits and skills of Gleaves is the main focus of this build toward the torpedoes and stealth you also getting a bit of utility with his twist N track perk if you use the other torpedo range skill you get these torpedoes going out about at least 12 also the torpedo speed is at 74 knots you could catch a lot of people off guard with these torpedoes stealth and positioning and shock is the name of the game for this unique build give a try
