DescriptionHP is the most important stat in a DD and with a bit of concealment it works even better. This build will make you last longer than your foes while still unleashing enough firepower and torpedo power to keep them away from messing with you. Since the pan european DDs are usually slow the skill "Perceptive" will be very important as it shows the direction of the closest enemy which makes preparing for potential fights easier. The rest of this build is pretty much self explanatory. But remember to pay attention to avoid ships that can outlast you nontheless like Akizuki.
