Her armor can bounce 380mm shells like Balti can, and her health is the second highest among Cruisers at the tier, so dont be afraid to hold the line against other Battleships. Her guns can citadel Battleships handily, and keep their accuracy even at very long ranges. The setup here is designed to double down on her strengths, making her guns hit harder and more accurately at farther ranges. CQC isnt a death sentence because of her Sonar, but should be avoided unless you know what youre doing.
