DescriptionI personally think that AL Azuma is a great Commander. Although her unique skill is, controversial increasing the AP performance (on a Japanese cruiser!?) but decreasing the accuracy, she is still a great commander. Firstly her base trait is frankly absolutely brilliant and when using inspirations to work in tandem with this it could be great. Also she can equip the Punch through & Velocious skills or the Steer clear & Fixated skills which is something not found on any other cruiser and allows for much more versatility and unique(r?) play.
