DescriptionI have all 3 of these Commanders fully maxed at 16/4. This combination on an already feared Kamikaze makes it even deadlier with an extra 5% torp damage, extra 4 knots torp speed and -200km harder to spot torps. I don't send full torp salvos unless I KNOW I'm going to dev strike something. I space them out, 10 seconds at least, I wait for players to repair their floods and hit them with another, hopefully causing a "perma flood". I tend to spread my torps to multiple ships if possible. Keep them all on their toes!
