Descriptionwith this build, and the ability to drive the Izmail correctly (means sharp angles, drifting for each salvo and "playing" with the speed), you will be able to citadel almost every enemy ship and one-hit many cruisers or destroyers. However, you NEED to kill all near-by cruisers as you will be set on fire for the entire game using this build (shouldn´t be a big deal if you know how to drive Izmail).
