DescriptionThis ship got so much potential, if only those secondaries were 7.6km it would be even better than Richelieu or almost even JB at flanking thanks to its speed and large hp pool, brawler imo is a must to buff that reload (you NEED to use a range flag though) and i don't use megalomania because of lower hp, in true French fashion lots of overpens on cruisers but once they are angled, 25mm and less cruisers will take citadels easly. A last word on secondaries, they start fires A LOT, but don't use a secondary build RN as the ship will hit nothing, i tried, 3 salvos on a broadside Yammy, 2 pens at 12km...
