The Khabarovsk Bureau project will take you through 12 segments of progress, ultimately unlocking the Legendary Tier Destroyer, Khabarovosk. This bureau project focuses heavily on all Soviet Tech tree lines. It also features Japanese and German Tech tree ships infrequently. There are two segments using Italian and American ships. Using all Patrons, Fleet Ships, and completing all daily trials will earn you the frightening Khabarovsk in about 70 Days.
