DescriptionIf you want to make carriers, miserable, while also racking in the damage with your secondaries, then this is the build for you. I wanted to find a use for the commander “king Kong” as it is not really used among legends players. I hope you all enjoy this abstract combination! Good luck on the high seas everyone! PS.
