DescriptionThis was a clever little build that gave me just a touch of an advantage over every DD player and a few cruiser players I came up against in S21 ranked. The only two games I lost were because I made a potato decision! Boosted HP from Sims and Hide, with faster reloads from Mordoff with reduced incoming damage using Perception. Its enough HP on top to give you the opportunity to play a little more aggressively. When everyone else is trying to angle on you for torpedoes, just keep the guns firing and you'll come out on top!
