DescriptionIn this build we focus on making sure when we hit, we hit hard. This build is based on accuracy to ensure more rounds hit when you shoot. Your ideal range should be around 10-14km for effective shots. We mitigate Flammable Cannonier with Damage Control and Fighting Fire with Fire. If you do not have AL Scharnhorst you can substitute her with Jaujard to ensure you don't receive shatters and can break turrets, or Hide to stack Sims HP buff.
