Descriptionnot as good as germans or soviets, but still better than the majority of ships, since you have that nice 38mm upper belt and central deck. I was hoping to read a buff in the last patch notes, I mean 1 or 1.5 s less reload on the secondary battery, because now the reload is too long for a secondary BB, but instead they buffed Vanguard again... feel free to swap the skill 4 between better secondary reload and better/more repair party, also the mod 4 is changable, but if you put better dispersion the reload will be s#it
