DescriptionA little speed to get into position kinda fast, dispersion fr long ranging, Bismarck level secondaries, and some aa mixed in fr good measure. Hp is kinda lacking compared to w/ lee tho. Great w/ an island on one side so u only have to angle vs 1 side. Great fr late game cap the base. If u know the Massachusetts ur gonna have one hell of a time w/ this build. Good luck!
