Descriptionthis ship is got no concealment, the build is meant to be spotted by other dds and allow you to know they are near by. You do not need to know their direction as you know they are close, but you could pick up the skill to know their direction over rof if you choose. The point is to push out your concealment due to the fact that you will be spotted by the other DD and in some cases they will foolishly fire upon you. It is also meant for escorting battleships and using your crappy concealment to alert you to how close a enemy torp dd is. You also got your AA to help the battleships. If you pick up the skill knowing their direction you can then break off and scare them off, because no torp dd gonna want to fire on a gearing if they smart. This DD with its high rof and crappy concealment should be if you not escorting anything be used in ambush situations where you know the location of enemy DD. I haven't come across a DD with this build that I ambushed that survived longer than 8 seconds. The rof and the high damage absolutely obliterates anything that gets too close to it.
