The Conqueror Bureau Project will take you through 12 segments of progress, ultimately unlocking the Legendary Tier Conqueror. This bureau project focuses heavily on British ships, as well as Japanese, German, and French ships. Using all Patrons, Fleet Ships, and completing all daily trials will earn you the mighty Conqueror in about 70 Days.
